We are extremely pleased with our experiences at Hot Springs Animal Hospital. Our two senior dogs (ages 10 and 14) are regulars due to their health issues, I truly feel that Dr. Sandhu and Dr. Gill have helped them so much to have the best quality of life possible. The entire staff has always been professional, welcoming and compassionate. You can tell this is a team that does this work for all the right reasons. Fantastic team and experience here. Brought my dog in on a Sunday for a possible intestine obstruction for eating plastic and they were very transparent about all of the potential prices. I got an x-ray. They gave me options. I decided to do surgery. They kept the dog overnight. Everybody there is very friendly and responsive. I even texted them a couple days later to see if the coloring on my dogs stomach was normal near the incisions and they got back to me pretty promptly. Took my cat Meeko Suave in for a check-up due to some lesions around his mouth, and I had such a great experience as a first-time fur mama. The entire staff was kind, professional, and really took the time to explain what was going on and walk me through all the options.

I especially want to give a shoutout to Cindy—she was so kind and comforting throughout the whole visit. She made sure I felt heard, answered all my questions patiently, and treated Meeko with such gentle care. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and it made a big difference in easing my nerves.

Great experience. My 10 yr old dog had a bladder stone obstructing his urethra and could not urinate. I called ahead in the late evening and let them know what was going on. The veterinarian utilized imaging to assess the best course of action. My dog needed emergency surgery, which was performed that night. Dr. Sandhu was amazing and did an excellent job. After approximately 5 days after the surgery, you couldn't even tell my senior dog had surgery. He was urinating normally and back to his happy-go-lucky self.
